I was told to drop my trailer at the door and I will be notified in about 6 hours when it’s ready. I didn’t hear from them so I showed up at around 71/2 hours later and I was told it’s not ready that I will be called when it’s ready. It’s been 10 hours now and I’m still waiting for the call.

The in processing needs up dating.. there should be a way they can call you if your load is not ready when first checking in. We're here to provide them with professional Delivery of their product, while they are suspose to provide us with professional standards that allows the driver To deliver their product on time without worrying about skipping a break or rushing beyond normal circumstances to deliver their product on time.

Here is the scoup about this location. Turn left onto City Park Loop. You'll see a repair shop on your right and about 2 other driveways. Whatever you do, don't block the driveways. But you can park in-between them. make sure you slide your tandems all the way to the back. Wait till the truck in front of you pulls forward. Then pull up to the gate, get out of your truck, bring paperwork, drivers license to check in, once they are done, go back to your truck, pull forward thru the gate. Get out of your truck, the guard needs to check your seal and inspect your trailer. Once they are done, gently try to find a place to park your trailer. This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the guard is nice, others times, watch out. But try to do your best, and the shunt drivers are a hit or miss as well, sometimes you can get them to help you other times your on your own. Just be patient. And try to work thru this place.. this warehouse is growing a lot, you would think 🤔💭 corporate would do something and build a much bigger warehouse. And get away from this location. This location has grown much too small for the amount of loads coming and going. Well we can only hope they would consider such an

Security is extremely rude to drivers. Bad attitude from the beginning and if your load isn't ready they make you back out into traffic instead of turning around. CTPAT is no excuse.
